Low Tech Often Best in e-Discovery Projects

Staying focused on the need to keep things simple can be an eluding goal when you are dealing with e-Discovery projects.  As Jerry Bui states in his e-Discovery in the Trenches blogsite,  ”… you only have to deal with the tirade of a senior partner once to realize that data inegrity is paramount.  Everything else is fluff.”

His recommendation is to face the fact that at this stage of available technology for e-discovery applications,  it is often necessary to return to the basics.
