The topic of e-discovery has certainly been mentioned in this blog before.  However, the importance of e-discovery continues to grow and, in an article by Peter S. Vogel of the Government Technology publication, it is clearly shown of the need to have your organization’s IT officer revisit this important topic. 

The objective of the article is to show that IT professionals today need to understand the Law of Evidence and Rules of Civil Procedures as much as they do the server technology and storage area networks they manage.
